Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	Note 12. Related Party Transactions The Company leases three buildings under operating lease agreements from its CEO and majority stockholder. During the years ended August 31, 2012 and 2011, the Company incurred approximately $529,000 and $529,000, respectively, of expense related to these leases.
