Impairment of Goodwill	NOTE N – Impairment of Goodwill At December 31, 2014 the Company has evaluated the balance of goodwill and has determined that it has a value of $-0-. The Company has therefore impaired goodwill in the amount of $480,000 at December 31, 2014.
