GUARANTEES	GUARANTEES The Company has guaranteed a portion of the debt of its joint venture in India. The maximum amount guaranteed as of January 29, 2023 was approximately $9.1 million based on exchange rates in effect on that date. The guarantee is in effect for the entire term of the debt. The liability for this guarantee obligation was immaterial as of January 29, 2023 and January 30, 2022. The Company has guaranteed to a financial institution the repayment of store security deposits in Japan paid to landlords on behalf of the Company. The amount guaranteed as of January 29, 2023 was approximately $4.9 million based on exchange rates in effect on that date. The Company has the right to seek recourse from the landlords for the full amount. The guarantees expire between 2023 and 2028. The liability for these guarantee obligations was immaterial as of January 29, 2023 and January 30, 2022. The Company has guaranteed the payment of amounts on behalf of certain other parties, none of which are material individually or in the aggregate.
