GUARANTEES	GUARANTEES The Company has guaranteed a portion of the debt of its joint ventures in India. The maximum amount guaranteed as of August 2, 2020 was approximately $18.6 million based on exchange rates in effect on that date. The guarantees are in effect for the entire terms of the respective debt. The liability for these guarantee obligations was immaterial as of August 2, 2020, February 2, 2020 and August 4, 2019. The Company has guaranteed to a financial institution the repayment of store security deposits in Japan paid to landlords on behalf of the Company. The amount guaranteed as of August 2, 2020 was approximately $5.5 million based on exchange rates in effect on that date. The Company has the right to seek recourse from the landlords for the full amount. The guarantees expire between 2022 and 2025. The liability for these guarantee obligations was immaterial as of August 2, 2020, February 2, 2020 and August 4, 2019. The Company has guaranteed the payment of amounts on behalf of certain other parties, none of which are material individually or in the aggregate.
