GUARANTEES	GUARANTEES The Company guaranteed the payment of certain purchases made by one of the Company’s suppliers from a raw material vendor. The maximum amount guaranteed as of July 31, 2011 is $500. The guarantee expires on January 31, 2012. The Company guaranteed to a landlord the payment of rent and related costs by the tenant currently occupying space previously leased by the Company. The maximum amount guaranteed as of July 31, 2011 is approximately $3,900, which is subject to exchange rate fluctuation. The Company has the right to seek recourse of approximately $2,450 as of July 31, 2011, which is subject to exchange rate fluctuation. The guarantee expires on May 19, 2016.
