DIVIDENDS	DIVIDENDS On November 8, 2023, February 6, 2024, and May 7, 2024, the Board declared quarterly cash dividends of $0.1875, $0.1875, and $0.1875, respectively, per share, which were paid on December 13, 2023, March 13, 2024, and June 12, 2024, respectively, to the stockholders of record of the Company's common stock at the close of business on November 30, 2023, February 29, 2024, and May 31, 2024, respectively. The Board has not declared any dividends since May 7, 2024. Future decisions to pay dividends are at the discretion of the Board and will depend upon operating performance and other factors.
