SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTSOn February 8, 2023, the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per share to be paid on March 14, 2023 to shareholders of record of each share of the Company's common stock at the close of business on February 28, 2023.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
