Mergers, Acquisitions and Dispositions Disclosures [Text Block]	NOTE 2 – ACQUISITIONS AND DIVESTITURES We have entered into an agreement to merge with and into Mercantile Bank Corporation. Shareholders from both companies have approved the merger and we are awaiting regulatory approval to complete the transaction sometime during 2014. In December 2013 we closed and dissolved our FBMI Risk Management Services, Inc. subsidiary.

The entire disclosure for business combinations, including leverage buyout transactions (as applicable), and divestitures.
