OnApril22, 2020, Bluegreen Vacations Corporation (the “Company”)announced that itsBoard of Directors has determined to suspend the Company’sregular quarterly cash dividends on its common stock citing the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic . A copy of the press release announcing the suspension of the Company’s regular quarterly cash dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporate herein by reference.
