OnJanuary 14, 2019, Bluegreen Vacations Corporation issued a press release announcing that its board of directors has declared a quarterly common stock cash dividend of $0.17 per share. The dividend is payable February 15, 2019 to shareholders of record as of the close of trading on January 31, 2019. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1
