Depreciation expense related to bank premises and equipment was $7.3 million in 2016, $7.0 million in 2015, and $6.6 million in 2014, which is primarily included in occupancy and equipment expenses. Depreciation expense relating to computer software is included within other noninterest expense. In addition, the Company has recognized impairment of $16,000, $109,000, and $670,000 during 2016, 2015 and 2014, respectively, relating to certain Bank premises.
