Item 8.01 Other Information.

     On January 31, 2006, Res-Care, Inc. issued a press release to announce that its Chief Development Officer Paul G. Dunn has been named President of its Arbor E&T operations. In addition the release announces the change of the names of ResCare’s divisions to reflect better the services they provide and that the Company’s development program has been moved to its renamed Community Services Group. A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
