Item 8.01 Other Events.

On July 25, 2023, the Board of Directors of HBT Financial, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per share on the Company’s common stock (the “Dividend”). The Dividend is payable on August 15, 2023 to shareholders of record as of August 8, 2023.
