Note 2 Oil and Gas Properties	Note 2 – Effective April 1, 2024, the Company sold certain oil, gas, and mineral interests in Utah for $525,000 cash. As the Company had a zero-dollar basis in the interests sold, the $525,000 was recorded as a gain on sale of assets.

The entire disclosure for properties used in normal conduct of oil and gas exploration and producing operations. This disclosure may include property accounting policies and methodology, a schedule of property, plant and equipment gross, additions, deletions, transfers and other changes, depreciation, depletion and amortization expense, net, accumulated depreciation, depletion and amortization expense and useful lives.
