In the year ended September 30, 2020, the Company purchased 44,008 shares of its common stock for an average price of $0.09 per share and retired the shares. In the year ended September 30, 2019, the Company purchased 166,322 shares of it s common stock for an average price of $0.08 per share and retired the shares.

The entire disclosure for shareholders' equity comprised of portions attributable to the parent entity and noncontrolling interest, including other comprehensive income.
