Note 5 - Leases	Note 5 - Leases. The Company rents office space under a cancellable operating lease that expires June 30, 2025. The Company may cancel upon 30 days’ written notice and the payment of a termination fee of $4,000. The Company incurred rent expense of $25,000 in 2018 and $24,000 in 2017.
