Note 8 - Subsequent Events	Note 8 - Subsequent Events. The Company has evaluated subsequent events from the September 30, 2012, balance sheet date through the date these financial statements were filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. No events occurred subsequent to the balance sheet date that would require recognition or disclosure in the financial statements.
