Subsequent Events	15.) Subsequent Events: All events subsequent to the date of the consolidated financial statements through May 14, 2020, and for which U.S. GAAP requires adjustment or disclosure, have been adjusted or disclosed, including that the 2019 novel coronavirus (or COVID-19) has adversely affected, and may continue to adversely affect, economic activity globally, nationally, and locally. In response to COVID-19, among other things, the Company has incurred loan rate modifications and payment deferrals of up to 180 days. For further discussion, see Significant Developments Impact of COVID-19 section of Item 2. Management’s Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operation.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
