NOTE 14 - RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS

Certain directors, executive officers and companies with whom they are affiliated were loan customers during 2017. The following is an analysis of such loans:

Deposit balances of executive officers, directors, and their affiliates at December 31, 2017 and 2016 were $2.8 million and $2.9 million, respectively.

The banking relationships were made in the ordinary course of business with the Bank.
