Organization Consolidation And Presentation Of Financial Statements [Abstract]
Basis of Presentation and Reclassifications

1.) Basis of Presentation and Reclassifications:

The accompanying unaudited consolidated financial statements have been prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States (U.S. GAAP) for interim financial information and with the instructions to Form 10-Q and Article 10 of Regulation S-X. Accordingly, they do not include all of the information and footnotes required by U.S. GAAP for complete financial statements. In the opinion of management, all adjustments (consisting of normal recurring items) considered necessary for a fair presentation have been included. Operating results for the six months ended June 30, 2016 are not necessarily indicative of the results that may be expected for the year ending December 31, 2016. These interim unaudited consolidated financial statements should be read in conjunction with our annual audited financial statements as of December 31, 2015, included in our Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2015, filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. The accompanying consolidated balance sheet at December 31, 2015, has been derived from the audited consolidated balance sheet but does not include all of the information and footnotes required by U.S. GAAP for complete financial statements.

Certain items contained in the 2015 financial statements have been reclassified to conform to the presentation for 2016. Such reclassifications had no effect on the net results of operations or shareholders’ equity.
