(NASDAQ:AMCE) announced revenues of $371,882 and a net loss of $454,448 ($.10 net loss per share) for the six month period ended September 30, 2007 as compared to revenues of $442,121 and a net loss of $114,054 ($.02 net loss per share) for the six months ended September 30, 2006.

During the six months ended September 30, 2007, the Company recognized stock compensation expense totaling $285,000 based on the fair value of stock options granted under the provisions of Statement of Financial Accounting Standards No. 123R.
