SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE – 15 SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In accordance with ASC Topic 855, “Subsequent Events”, which establishes general standards of accounting for and disclosure of events that occur after the balance sheet date but before unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements are issued, the Company has evaluated all events or transactions that occurred after June 30, 2025, up through the date the Company issued the unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements. On July 15, 2025, the Company issued 13,333,333,333 shares of its common stock to settle the consulting and service fee to consultants who provided the services to the Company. Concurrently, the Company also issued 14,000,000,000 shares of its common stock to the consignor as refundable earnest deposit under the consignment arrangement. Except for the above as disclosed, there were no material recognizable subsequent events since June 30, 2025.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
