RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE – 12 RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS From time to time, the Company’s related companies and director advanced working capital funds to the Company for working capital purpose. Those advances are unsecured, non-interest bearing and is repayable on demand. For the years ended March 31, 2024 and 2023, the Company received free services from admin and finance staff, where these staff are paid by related party companies. Apart from the transactions and balances detailed elsewhere in these accompanying consolidated financial statements, the Company has no other significant or material related party transactions during the years presented.
