SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE – 16 SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In accordance with ASC Topic 855, “Subsequent Events”, which establishes general standards of accounting for and disclosure of events that occur after the balance sheet date but before unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements are issued, the Company has evaluated all events or transactions that occurred after December 31, 2023, up through the date the Company issued the unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements. On February 9, 2024, the Company filed a registration statement in accordance with the requirements of Form S-8 under the Securities Act to register 331,000,000 additional shares of Common Stock issuable pursuant to the Registrant’s 2022 Stock Incentive Plan. The Company had no material recognizable subsequent events since December 31, 2023.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
