The amount due to companies controlled by a shareholder was $2,050,260 and $1,836,158, as of December 31, 2023 and March 31, 2023, respectively and represented temporary advances for working capital purpose, which were unsecured, interest-free and are repayable on demand. A further amount due to a company controlled by a shareholder of $34,331 and $0, as of December 31, 2023 and March 31, 2023, respectively, represented technical consultancy fees payable. which is subject to the normal trade terms. The amount due from a company controlled by a shareholder represented temporary advances to the related party for research and development conducted. The amount due from a related party was $12,185 and $0, as of December 31, 2023 and March 31, 2023, respectively. The amount is unsecured, interest-free and recoverable on demand.
