Commitments	11. Commitments In June 2013, the Company entered into a three-year operating lease agreement for a deepwater drillship expected to be delivered in late 2014. The lease obligation totals $464 million, with aggregate future annual minimum lease payments of $33 million in 2014, $154 million in 2015, $155 million in 2016, and $122 million in 2017.

The entire disclosure for significant arrangements with third parties, which includes operating lease arrangements and arrangements in which the entity has agreed to expend funds to procure goods or services, or has agreed to commit resources to supply goods or services, and operating lease arrangements.
