Disposed of pursuant to merger agreement between issuer and Valley National Bancorp, which provides that each share of common stock of Greater Community Bancorp be exchanged for (i) 0.9975 of a share of Valley National Bancorp common stock (valued at $15.73 based on the $15.77 closing price of Valley common stock on June 30, 2008) and (ii) 0.105 of a warrant to purchase shares of Valley National Bancorp common stock (valued at $0.18 as determined in accordance with the Black-Scholes method of valuation).
