In the six months ended June 30, 2014, there was a $4 million decrease to Honeywell additional paid in capital for purchases of existing noncontrolling interests.

In the six months ended June 30, 2013, there was a $1 million decrease to Honeywell additional paid in capital for sales of existing noncontrolling interests.
