PPP LOANS PAYABLE	NOTE 5 –PPP LOANS PAYABLE On March 23, 2021, the Company was granted its first loan for $59,000 (the “PPP loan”) from Community Federal Savings Bank, pursuant to the Paycheck Protection Program (the “PPP”) under the CARES Act. On June 1, 2021, the Company was granted a second PPP loan for $59,000 from Community Federal Savings Bank with similar loan terms. On October 22, 2021, the Company was notified that its PPP loan forgiveness applications totaling $118,000 were approved, and the Company recorded a gain on PPP loan forgiveness on the consolidated statements of operations for the twelve months ended June 30, 2022.
