NOTE 5 - STOCKHOLDERS’ DEFICIENCY

Common Stock to be Issued

At March 31, 2021 and June 30, 2020, 145,000 shares of common stock to be issued with an aggregate value of $12,000 have not been issued and are reflected as common stock to be issued in the accompanying condensed consolidated financial statements.  

Common Stock Issued for Services

During the period ended March 31, 2021, the Company issued 250,000 shares of common stock to a consultant, with a fair value of $10,000 at date of grant, which was recognized as compensation cost.

During the period ended March 31, 2020, the Company issued 200,000 shares of common stock to a consultant, with a fair value of $10,000 at date of grant, which was recognized as compensation cost.
