RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS During the period ended December 31, 2012 and June 30, 2012 the Company received various unsecured, non-interest bearing, due on demand advances from its CEO Ms. Van Tran, a related party. These advances have been classified as accounts payable, related party on the balance sheet. The Company also leases its office facilities from Ms. Van Tran.
