As a result of the recently announced actions being taken by Hutchinson Technology Incorporated (the “Company”) to reduce its cost structure, it was determined on July 29, 2010 that John A. Ingleman, the Company’s Senior Vice President of Administration, will leave the Company in August 2010 due to the elimination of his position.
