Basis of Accounting, Policy	Basis of Presentation The accompanying financial statements have been prepared for Nitches, Inc. in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (US GAAP), with all numbers shown in US Dollars. In the opinion of management, all adjustments (consisting of normal recurring accruals) considered necessary for fair presentation of the financial statements have been included. On June 10, 2024, the Company effected a 1-for-60,000 reverse stock split. The impact of this transaction is reflected within all common stock, options, and warrant information retrospectively in these financial statements.
