UNAUDITED FOURTH QUARTER RESULTS

Vancouver, British Columbia – January 27, 2011 -- Pan American Silver Corp.

(PAAS: NASDAQ; PAA: TSX) today announced that its unaudited 2010 fourth quarter results will be released on Tuesday, February 15, 2011 after market closes. A conference call and live audio webcast to discuss the results will be held on Wednesday, February 16th at 11:00 am ET (8:00 am PT).
