UNAUDITED FOURTH QUARTER RESULTS

Vancouver, British Columbia – February 2, 2010 -- Pan American Silver Corp. (PAAS: NASDAQ; PAA: TSX) today announced that its unaudited 2009 fourth quarter results will be released on Monday, February 15, 2010 before market opens. A conference call and live audio webcast to discuss the results will be held that same day at 1:00 pm ET (10:00 am PT).
