Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions Related party transactions include transactions between the Company and its shareholders, management, or affiliates. The following transactions were in the normal course of operations and were measured and recorded at the exchange amount, which is the amount of consideration established and agreed to by the parties. Consulting Services During the three months ended January 31, 2021 and 2020, the Company paid an affiliate of a board member $12,000 and $18,000, respectively, for consulting services unrelated to his duty as a board member. During the three months ended January 31, 2021 and 2020, the Company paid an affiliate of another board member $3,900 and $10,100, respectively, for consulting services unrelated to their duties as a board member. During the nine months ended January 31, 2021 and 2020, the Company paid an affiliate of a board member $45,000 and $54,000 for consulting services unrelated to his duty as a board member. During the nine months ended January 31, 2021 and 2020, the Company paid an affiliate of another board member $13,400 and $39,100, respectively, for consulting services unrelated to their duties as a board member. As of January 31, 2021, $4,000 was due to these related parties.
