Common Stock	Common Stock On June 15, 2016, the Company closed a public offering ("The June 2016 Public Offering") of 2,000,000 registered shares of its common stock at an offering price of $2.25 per share. In addition, the underwriter exercised a partial exercise of the over-allotment option granted to the underwriter to purchase an additional 258,749 shares of its common stock at the public offering price. All of the shares were offered by the Company. The net proceeds from The June 2016 Public Offering, including the partial exercise of the over-allotment option, was $4.3 million, after deducting the underwriting discount and offering-related expenses of $742,000. The Company used the net proceeds of this offering for research and development to grow the TumorGraft platform, and the balance of the net proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes. For the year ended April 30, 2020, the Company did not issue any common stock for consulting services. For the year ended April 30, 2019, the Company issued a total of 5,462 shares of common stock valued at $20,600 in consideration for consulting services, approximately $14,600 of which was accrued for at April 30, 2019.
