Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions Related party transactions include transactions between the Company and its shareholders, management, or affiliates. The following transactions were in the normal course of operations and were measured and recorded at the exchange amount, which is the amount of consideration established and agreed to by the parties. Consulting Services During the nine months ended January 31, 2020 and 2019, the Company paid an affiliate of a board member $54,000 for consulting services unrelated to his duty as a board member. During the three months ended January 31, 2020 and 2019, the Company paid this same affiliate of a board member $18,000 for consulting services unrelated to his duty as a board member. During the nine months ended January 31, 2020 and 2019, the Company paid an affiliate of another board member $39,100 and $53,500, respectively, for consulting services unrelated to their duties as a board member. During the three months ended January 31, 2020 and 2019, the Company paid this same affiliate $9,850 and $16,300 for the same services. As of January 31, 2020, $8,300 was due to these related parties.
