COMMON STOCK	COMMON STOCK Effective December 13, 2023, our Board of Directors expanded our existing share repurchase program by an additional $150.0 million. We did not repurchase shares under the share repurchase program during the three months ended January 31, 2024 and 2023. At January 31, 2024, authorization for $210.3 million of repurchases remained under our share repurchase program.
