COMMON STOCK	COMMON STOCK Effective December 9, 2022, our Board of Directors expanded our existing share repurchase program by an additional $150.0 million. No shares were repurchased during the three and six months ended April 30, 2023. At April 30, 2023, authorization for $197.4 million of repurchases remained under our share repurchase program.
