Subsequent Events [Text Block]	NOTE R: SUBSEQUENT EVENTS: The Company has evaluated subsequent events through the time of the filing of its Annual Report on Form 10K. As of the time of filing, there were no material, reportable subsequent events.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
