LEASE COMMITMENTS

The company leases warehouse space, office facilities and equipment under operating leases, which expire in fiscal 2014 and thereafter. Future minimum payment obligations under these leases are as follows:

Rental expense pertaining to the operating leases was $11.0 million, $8.8 million, and $6.6 million in fiscal 2013, 2012 and 2011 respectively.
