Subsequent Events [Text Block]	On May 23, 2013, Autodesk amended and restated the credit agreement that provides for the $400.0 million unsecured revolving credit facility described in Note 12, “Borrowing Arrangements.” The amended and restated credit agreement extends the facility's maturity date from May 2016 to May 2018 and reduces facility fees and interest.
