Restructuring Activities – Subsequent Event

In

April 2018,

the Company announced the closing of the operations of its Reliv Indonesia subsidiary. Under this plan, the Company anticipates ceasing all Indonesia operations by the end of the

2018

third

quarter. The total cost of this program primarily representing employee severance costs and lease exit costs, is estimated to range from

$50,000

to

$100,000,

and will be included in the Company’s operating results for the quarter ended

June 30, 2018.
