Business	Business Welltower Inc. (NYSE: WELL), an S&P 500 company, is one of the world’s preeminent residential wellness and healthcare infrastructure companies. We seek to position our portfolio of 2,000+ seniors and wellness housing communities at the intersection of housing, healthcare and hospitality, creating vibrant communities for mature renters and older adults in the United States, United Kingdom and Canada. We are structured as an umbrella partnership REIT under which substantially all of our business is conducted through Welltower OP LLC, the day-to-day management of which is exclusively controlled by Welltower Inc. Unless stated otherwise or the context otherwise requires, references to "Welltower" mean Welltower Inc. and references to "Welltower OP" mean Welltower OP LLC. References to "we," "us" and "our" mean collectively Welltower, Welltower OP and those entities/subsidiaries owned or controlled by Welltower and/or Welltower OP. Welltower's weighted average ownership in Welltower OP was 99.671% for the nine months ended September 30, 2025. As of September 30, 2025, Welltower owned 99.674% of the issued and outstanding units of Welltower OP, with other investors owning the remaining 0.326% of outstanding units. We adjust the noncontrolling members' interest at the end of each period to reflect their interest in the net assets of Welltower OP.
