Subsequent Events On November 5, 2012 the banks in our credit facility syndicate provided a waiver of our specific breaches in representations provided to them regarding GAAP related to the financial information restatement. We have evaluated and disclosed subsequent events through the filing date of this amendment to the Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q/A.
