RESTRUCTURING RELATED EXPENSES	FLEET TRANSITION EXPENSES In 2011, Horizon completed its transition to an all-Q400 fleet. During the first quarter of 2011, Horizon subleased four of the remaining CRJ-700 aircraft to a third-party carrier. The total charge associated with removing these aircraft from operations was $10.1 million for the three months ended March 31, 2011.
