The credit facility provides up to </font><font style="font-family:inherit;font-size:11pt;color:#000000;text-decoration:none;">$250,000</font><font style="font-family:inherit;font-size:11pt;">, as amended on May 7, 2013, of financing to the Company for working capital purposes.
