14.	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS

In the first nine months of 2016, the Company entered into transactions with companies affiliated with two of its independent Board members. The Company purchased approximately $0.5 million of corrugated packaging materials from Welch Packaging Group, an independently owned company established by M. Scott Welch who serves as its President and CEO. In addition, the Company sold approximately $2.9 million of various fiberglass and plastic components and wood products to Utilimaster Corporation, a subsidiary of Spartan Motors, Inc. John A. Forbes serves as the President of Utilimaster.
