OTHER NON-CURRENT ASSETS	9. OTHER NON-CURRENT ASSETS As of December 31, 2012 and 2011, other non-current assets of $0.9 million and $0.7 million, respectively, were net of borrowings against the cash value of life insurance policies on certain of the Company's officers and directors of approximately $2.7 million. These borrowings were entered into in March 2011 in connection with the refinancing of the Company's 2007 Credit Facility (as defined herein) to provide an additional source of liquidity.
